Mirror Photobooth Australia warrants that it will perform all agreed services in a professional, competent and timely manner.

The clients give permission for Mirror Photobooth Australia to use any photographs taken during the event for display, reproduction, advertisement and marketing purposes unless stated otherwise in writing submitted to Mirror Photobooth Australia.

It is agreed that the client will take reasonable steps to protect Mirror Photobooth Australia's equipment during the hire period. In the event of damages during the hire, the client will be responsible for paying for all resultant costs (including, but not limited to, replacement costs & repairs) that are not covered by insurance.

If the hirer's event is outside the Central Coast region, as determined by Mirror Photobooth Australia, then a travel charge will apply. This will be clearly stated and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Mirror Photobooth Australia reserves the right to terminate the hire under the discretion of the attendant. Some reasons for termination,  but not limited to, are: if the attendant feels any property is in danger of being damaged or has been damaged, due to disorderly behaviour from guests; the attendant is feeling threatened in any way; if guests are behaving inappropriately and could cause damage or injury to any person.

All maters will be discussed with the hirer and attempt ot be resolved, but if termination occurs due to the reasons stated above then there will be no refund for any hire time that has occurred.

Mirror Photobooth Australia agrees to have the photo booth operational at least 85% of the contracted hire time. This allows for any stocking of materials (paper, ink) or malfunctions to be attended to as quickly as possible. If for some reason the photo booth is operational for less than 85% of the hire time then the hirer will be refunded a calculated pro-rata charge from the original hire fee.

In the unlikely event that the printer malfunctions, the photo booth will continue taking photos and all the photos that were not printed at the event will be printed out and delivered to the hirer free of charge. Guests will also be able to access the password-protected website and download any images they wish. No refund will be given.

If the hirer wants to extend the hire time at the time of the event it is at the discretion of the attendant. Factors such as consumables and availability will be considered. If the attendant agrees then a charge of an additional $200/hour  must be paid to the attendant (in cash) before the extension time.

Mirror Photobooth Australia reserves the right to refrain from placing any images on its website that may be seen as offensive or discriminatory. Furthermore, if any images portray any activities that could be deemed illegal, not only will the images not be supplied on USB or on the website but the matter may be referred to the local police.
